Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities
Own the design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment of automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, and related components.
Implement and manage security models, roles, access controls, and governance‑aligned configurations to ensure full compliance with organisational, data protection, and security standards while proactively mitigating technical risks.

Effectively work with Dataverse, connectors, integration patterns, and Power Automate to deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with platform best practices.
Proactively participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation delivery and configuration management practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions ensuring solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements, particularly within a financial services environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience supporting and maintaining production automation robots, including troubleshooting, optimisation, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with automation best practices, documentation standards, and structured delivery methodologies.
