Job Summary
The AA Developer will be responsible for configuring and customising Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) to support the Lending Transition project, specifically the migration of Loans and Deposits from the legacy LD module. The role requires hands-on development of AA products, contracts, and workflows, alongside technical enhancements in T24 (screens, routines, InfoBasic, jBase). The contractor will work closely with the BA and QA teams to deliver functional builds aligned to business requirements, support testing cycles, and provide knowledge transfer to internal Technology staff. This is a time-bound project delivery role, not a BAU position.

- Configure and customise Temenos AA Lending and Deposits products in line with BACB requirements.
- Develop and maintain T24 components (screens, routines, InfoBasic, jBase) to support AA functionality.
- Build and enhance product parameters, contracts, and workflows to enable the migration from the LD module.
- Provide technical input to Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and ensure build aligns with signed-off requirements.
- Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT, resolving defects and ensuring quality of delivery.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for all configurations and developments.
- Deliver knowledge transfer to BACB Technology resources to ensure sustainable BAU support post-project.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA), specifically Lending and Deposits configuration.
- Strong knowledge of T24 core banking modules, including Loans, Deposits, and Accounts.
- Hands-on T24 development skills (InfoBasic, jBase, T24 routines, screen design).
- Experience in configuring and implementing AA products, contracts, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Java development and integration with Temenos environments (desirable).
