Job Summary
- Supporting role in delivering high quality information to support risk informed decision making
- Production of management information
- Supporting on portfolio analysis and stress testing
Key Work Outputs and Accountabilities
- Supporting in the delivery of high quality, visual, management information
- Creation of documents for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Data analysis to support portfolio review and stress testing activity
- Developing knowledge of key areas of the risk function including, but not limited to; IFRS 9 modelling, country risk analytics, credit risk analytics and market risk analytics
- Supporting the execution of Risk owned IFRS9 models, assumptions, processes and policies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders within and outside Risk to address their queries regarding IFRS 9 modelled outcomes.
- Supporting the implementation of Model Risk Management Framework and associated governance, maintaining up to date model inventory, risk assessment, reporting and oversight of implementation of control standards.
- Strong linkage and working cross-Bank
- Participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant experience gained in the financial industry.
- You have an interest in using digital tools to present data visually and enjoy storytelling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and risk assessment tools.
- Attention to detail is important to you
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills essential) and risk management software.
- You have an interest in further learning and development as part of the role.
